Included in your mystery box is free Royal Mail delivery within the UK, once dispatched by MysterySport this should be delivered in 2-3 working days. You can pay extra for Royal Mail tracked and signed, this should be delivered in 2 working days. Please also allow a maximum of 3 extra working days for dispatch of your order.
Delivery times stated for all orders are only an estimate, MysterySport is not responsible if any of our delivery methods take longer than the stated estimate.
If your order has not been delivered within an adequate time frame please notify us through email, social media or our ‘Contact Us’ form. We will then get into contact with our courier and begin a claim. This may take up to 31 business days to be processed; only once this has been completed can we offer a refund or ship a replacement product. We will aim to ensure the customer is kept fully up to date during this process to ensure full transparency.
Orders can be delayed for any reason if the courier is having distribution issues; while MysterySport are not responsible for this and cannot prevent these we aim to help customers resolve any issues and update them as much as possible as to what is happening.
MysterySport reserves the right to change or alter these shipping policies at their own discretion and with no prior warning to customers. Customers should periodically review our shipping policy to ensure they are aware of these condition
Once you have received your order you have 30 calendar days to return any items you purchased. To be eligible for returns your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must all be in its original packaging and bags with all tags intact (any tampering of tags will lead to a return not being accepted). All products returned will be reviewed and any that do not meet these standards will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.
If you desire to return any products you must notify MysterySport through email, social media or our ‘Contact Us’ page. You must then return the item to our returns address as stated below; you must include a note alongside the products stating your name and order number. Your refund will then be processed by MysterySport - this may take up to a month to process.
You will not be entitled to a refund of postage costs for either the original postage or your postage costs when returning your products.
